      Pros

      Despite Inseego being a 25 year old company, it's clearly pivoting and reinventing it's market approach to set itself up for growth markets. For people who are driven there's a multitude of opportunities.

      Cons

      There's a lot to do. But provided you come with a plan people seem to always be willing to listen.

      The company has seen a significant turnaround beginning with the reshaping of the executive team, a move that has revitalized the entire organization. There are regular cross-departmental meetings, ensuring that everyone, from the product team, to marketing, to sales and operations, are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. The level of openness gives employees a clear understanding of where the company is headed and the rationale behind major decisions.

      Cons

      Some improvements needed with legacy systems and practices but that will come as the company grows and as more resources come onboard.
