Pros

Smart people, lots of talent. "Drive your own destiny" sort of culture.

Cons

Heavily matrixed, so no real path to move up in terms of title. Raises seem fairly arbitrary. While I always received one, I never knew why it was higher one year or less the next.

Great environment with opportunities to work with smart, talented, friendly coworkers with diverse skills who are always willing to help each other and grow as a team. There is always a lot of variety in terms of client engagements and opportunities, and the management team is great at ensuring that employee career goals are matched with opportunities in the pipeline to the best possible extent. Add to it, the list of fun activities scheduled through the year, often with family – always great fun! Overall, a great place to work.
