A Place Where I’ve Grown Personally and Professionally

From my first day, I felt welcomed not just as an employee, but as a person. The culture here is genuinely positive, and for me it’s clear that people care about each other’s success and well-being, this is especially the case in my team. I enjoy my role and feel both challenged and appreciated. The leadership team care about employee well-being and professional development. Within Innovation Group there's a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and respect that makes it a pleasure to come to work. What I appreciate most is the trust and relationships I have built with my colleagues and peers. I’ve been given the opportunity to take on meaningful projects and the encouragement to bring new ideas to the table. I’ve grown so much, not just in my role, but in confidence and leadership too.

Cons

A centralised place for cross team collaboration - it would be great to see regular updates from others teams, whilst we have townhalls in place which covers this, it would be good to have a place to review historic communications.
