I have workwd in IWS for 6 months and was Very happy as timings are 0930-0630 and being a girl if i worked till 8pm company gives cab, had to leave due to my dads transfer but enjoyed my time as learned a lot from CEO who is very ground to earth.

Cons

Company is startup so dont have Senior Project Managers due to which delivery beces difficult and screening of developers is tough.
