      Lots of opportunity with the typical growing pains of an MMB

      Pros

      Competitive offering with compelling differentiators, excellent service delivery, great marketing, lots of tools for sales enablement, established Business Management System, dedicated to innovation/vision in the market.

      Cons

      Rigid pricing makes creating velocity and compelling buying events difficult, no 401K matching and below average health insurance (but that's not unusual for a smaller company).

      Pros

      I've worked for IG for 2 years and I am still completely satisfied. Leadership cares about employees and peers take care of each other. IG is an SMB that is able to compete with large security companies ... Our engineering and marketing teams constantly receive compliments for their talents, then you also have our operations team that makes it all happen behind the scenes and our leadership team has the growth mindset to move the company forward in a smart and strategic manner.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed the culture, the potential for knowledge and the leadership encouraging additional education. The company is heading for great things and there is an abundance of opportunity.

      Cons

      There was so much growth, it was tough to manage at times, but that is part of the fun
