Pros
Above and beyond in caring for their employees! Infinity is a well-rounded, fast growing company that has continued to keep the family as a priority. Although, they stressed and expect that we provide the best service we can for the customer, management is the first to provide employees with flexibility when needed. Benefits are par to excellent. Management is hands on and willing to go above and beyond to provide guidance when needed.
Cons
The adjustment from a small company to medium large company has had some challenges; however, the impact has been minimal to most.

Pros
Very flexible work hours, very friendly and inclusive environment, great benefits, summer hours (done at 11am every Friday!) Workout facility with a trainer is available for all employees. Fun company-wide events throughout the year.
Cons
Could use a little more mentoring from leader.
