There are new products/categories added every season which keeps it interesting and fun. Getting out early every Friday and having extra days off for religious holidays.
Been at a few companies and this is definitely the most creative place I have worked. Management likes to empower employees and have them take control of their position but they are also very hands on and available when needed. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, it's a family owned company and the atmosphere reflects that. Most employees have been here for long duration of time which says alot. Fridays are short days all year round.
