Business outlook
Pros
High energy team environment, positive and motivated people. I appreciated how there was always a team leader available to work with me to help me achieve more and hit goals.
Cons
I can't really think of anything, I was always treated fairly and satisfied with the pay. The managers have an open door policy where if there's something any team member isn't happy about, they can share their concerns with management. I think people who aren't happy here are the ones not getting involved or communicating with the team or managers.
