Pros
There's almost a flat hierarchy at Infi which means that there is a lot of room to voice your opinions on several things e.g. in what direction the company is going, or the kinds of employee policies, etc. These opinions are also taken into account when high-level decisions are to be made. Also 9 to 5 mentality and days off are well respected.
Cons
With freedom comes responsibility, and this is not for everyone. There are some people that sometimes interpret this freedom as doing whatever they like at the cost of their responsibilities. Fortunately doesn't happen too frequent.
