Indigo Slate in on the verge of a very real transformation. New leadership, new branding, new clients and new opportunities. This agency is remaking itself after the exit of its founders to be more creative-led, passion-filled, and full of possibilities. If you are considering working for a small, local agency with a big heart, wildly creative folks, and an international reach... then you should be apart of the new Indigo Slate.

Cons

Many of the old reviews were true. There were big problems from management to leadership to process to pay. Folks have every right to feel upset for the wild swings of the past. The majority of the past leadership team has moved on to other ventures and the uncertainty of the big sale has settled into stability. There are still things to work on and improve, and there are action plans for most lingering concerns.
