Pros

-Wage -Tools -Growth -Benefits -Equity -Onboarding

Cons

Really no cons so far. The company is growing extremely fast which comes with its friction points, but if you work for start-ups, and think this is a con, that’s more ones lack of work ethic and desire to grow and learn new skills.

Pros

The only pro is Remote settings

Cons

There is a lack of transparency within the team. The leadership has problems with organization. For example, you’ll be asked to travel a week before an event or notate changes in 3 different spots ( hubspot, SF, excel docs) increasing your workload unnecessarily. Not one tool is being used to its potential. Finally the compensation. The leadership will fluff the vast potential for commission however, even with meeting quota, I have not been able to reach the variable commission amount listed on my offer letter because of the internal changes that have been made to the amount paid in opportunities. There were a few bdrs that recently joined the company, 1 quit after month 1, another quit after month 2, while others that have been with the company 12+ months have also recently quit. If you are deciding between Incode and a different company, do not choose Incode.
