      Pros

      Amazing company who really care about their teams and clients. Refreshing attitude. Everyone works incredibly hard and a lot is expected of you but if you mess up the entire team is supportive and helps out. You get to learn a lot.

      Can be a bit manic sometimes!

      Pros

      Fabulous team, who are kind and considerate. Made you feel like you counted as part of the team and your input was valued. Were always flexible if I needed to change working hours. Really care about the product, customers and making a difference.

      Cons

      They encourage everyone to do really well and go outside of your comfort zone, which is generally good but sometimes a bit scary.
