      Supportive, inclusive workplace with good management

      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly and I feel comfortable approaching anyone even if they're not in my department and my feedback or questions are always considered although I am younger and newer than most of my colleagues. The culture is fun and positive and there are a lot of staff parties and activities for different holidays and there are a lot of things done to recognize employees. My manager also sets up regular individual and team meetings and always checks up to make sure I'm doing okay so I won't get overwhelmed.

      Cons

      There aren't many food places around the area so there aren't a lot of lunch options to choose from.

      I learned a lot and went to tradeshows in the US which was fun.

      Cons

      The systems are old but they are in the works to upgrade.

      Thanks for leaving a review. Tradeshows are still a big part of growing the business and there's nothing like meeting people face to face. We agree about our systems they are outdated that's why the last 2 years we've invested heavily on new technology with a massive change to a key area at the end of 2024. Innovation is one of our core values and we take it seriously for our customers and employees.
