      Great work-life balance and flexible schedule, strong engineering culture

      Pros

      Imaginex has been a great place to grow as a software engineer. The biggest benefit is the flexible work schedule — you’re trusted to manage your own time as long as you meet your deadlines. Most engineers start between 8–10am, and there’s no micromanagement.

      Cons

      Salary is competitive for Atlanta but slightly below big tech companies. Promotions can sometimes take longer than expected, depending on the department and business needs. Some internal processes could be more streamlined.

      Pros

      Great track record and growing. Good culture and people who care about each other. Strong drive to "delight" their clients.

      Cons

      Exclusively focused on monetizing existing services and reluctant to invest in expanded offerings. Instead, they attempt to motivate consultants to enhance or create new services independently, on their own time. On one hand, this is a good thing - as it recognizes individuals' innovation and effort and allows everyone the opportunity to make a real difference in the business. The "con" is that it may prove to be a slow way to diversify their service offerings and lead to missed opportunities.

      - Great culture, management seems to really care about people - Growing but still small company non corporate-y vibes - Super smart people - generally only hiring mids to seniors - Solid clients and projects - Flexibility and remote work

      - can't really think of any big ones relative to some of the other places I have worked
