This company has been integral in my personal and professional growth. I have worked in multiple positions, and always felt supported and heard. In recent years, the EVP added an annual Administrative and Service employee recognition and kickoff complete with certificates, gifts, and trophies for performance. Also, we have contests and raffles frequently throughout the year to reward administrative employees. It’s an awesome place to work with a warm, family culture.

This is my testimony of my 5 year tenure at Image Source. When I first started there was a lot of chatter regarding my current EVP/CSO re: someone getting firings over lemon in water and not other random things. I was complacent in listening to these rumors UNTIL I had an actual conversation with her. I learned that she is full of wisdom, fairness, and values those who work for her. She not only cares for those she knows but she goes out of her way to help those in need in private without others knowing. I think that she gets a bad wrap based off of false narratives and it bothers me to my core. Please get to know people before believing what you hear. She brings such joy to all of us.
