Pros
Image Management took me out of a job I was unhappy with, and now - I actually look forward to work. I took a free trip to Nashville last year and am taking one to Seattle next year for continuous development, and the whole team gets along well. We are a close-knit group, it's a laid-back feel, and everyone is supportive and kind. There is no office drama, and it allows me to be creative working with clients who are local. It's fun to see a design I did on a popular website... or to see a logo I designed on a car that drives past
Cons
Expectations are high. It can be a lot, but thats why IM does so well to tell the truth.

Competitive pay and many extras and incentives available to employees.
Cons
Image Management expects high attention to detail in all work - not necessarily a con, but be prepared to be diligent in your work.
