Recognition and appreciation from management No micro-management Significant emphasis on team building with regular events (company quizzes, dinner/drinks, sporting events, charity events etc!) Employees can be as involved as they choose and this contributes to high team spirit. Regular polls are taken for decisions that would affect all - rather than unilateral decision making from management

Light on staff in certain teams which sometimes creates stressful and tight-on-time situations due to juggling resources
