I genuinely enjoy working at ICE Comms. My colleagues here are not only dedicated but also incredibly supportive - there's a strong sense of collaboration without ego, which makes it easy to do your best work. One of the things I appreciate most is the balance the company strikes: it's professional and focused, but never feels overly "corporate" or stiff. There's room to be yourself, contribute meaningfully, and grow, without getting lost in red tape or bureaucracy. It's refreshing to be part of a team where high standards are the norm, but so is kindness and respect. I'm proud to be part of it.

I love working at ICE. Management are brilliant, the team I work with feel like a family (always important when you’re spending 8 hours a day with them!) sales targets are fair, not too easy to hit but not so hard that they’re unreachable. Incentives are always in place for added bonuses and things are constantly being put on and added for it to be an enjoyable place to work. Honestly couldn’t recommend it enough, if you’ve worked in sales before and come to ICE it’s hard to beat the benefits you get.
