Pros
Very fast paced, up to date with all the new technology gadgets. Company is agile and able to move with the market trends pretty quickly. Company has a lot of capital to help facilitate its growing demands.
Cons
Sometimes stressful to meet certain deadlines. Sometimes unorganized because of the fast paced environment.

I worked for IT Source for 4 years and learned so much during my time there. They always keep in touch with the latest technology so learning was never the problem. Management can sometimes be very busy but its understandable given the level of growth of the company. My boss Andy was amazing as I have learned so much from him.
Cons
Over the past few years the company has grown so big that sometimes you feel left out.
