      Interesting and challenging work Great team from diverse backgrounds Company employs people from all over the world and employs a wide range of skills Is always improving - planning for new technologies and systems Allows staff to work autonomously Allows staff to work remotely Has open door policy - management

      If you are not good at time management and working autonomously - you will probably not enjoy working here.

      I learnt so much through the training and through my team My Manager was particularly supportive to me with my mental health when I struggled at times and it really helped me through the difficult moments Lots of socials, great culture Nice recognition when you make deals They set you up to succeed and do well Great training and a place to learn and take on as much feedback as possible Very collaborative

      The only thing I could say is that you have to be patient to transition from delegate to sponsorship sales

      I felt it was a great company to work for, I think you're well supported and I think the company have a really good culture behind it. They make it their mission to have equality in the work place and support and pioneer women into management roles.
