      *Ceo and company is constantly trying to enhance customer experience, products and processes. *Great place to learn and obtain fast career development. *Very team and results oriented. *Culture is fantastic, I have met life long friends here. *it is a very fast paced environment, which I like it.

      *Dificult work/life balance at times, but it can be manageable - I have done for over 4 years and even parallel to school.

      Management is always ready to assist and also there is an open door policy. You can walk to manager's office and discuss any issues.

      Cons

      Too many projects which translates to too many options and opportunity for learning. There is a lot to learn and you should be ready to widen your circle.
