IOBC Solutions has a Great Team leader. Good base pay, plus competitive commissions. They offer flexible schedules and room to grow within the company. You’ll work with an awesome team and casual office environment. This company provides in depth training to make sure you have the tools you need to succeed along with weekly team meetings and incentives.
Cons
IOBC Solutions only offers part time hours until you move up in the company.

Pros
Company is growing - lots of room for development. Get in at the ground floor and work up to become what you want to be. Define your position and grow to reach your potential through work ethic rather than "Who you know." Base salary never goes away and commission plan is aggressive and allows for potential high dollar output
Cons
no benefits for part time work. Can work up, but must prove yourself first. Only allow part time hours to start with. Must work for the company for 90 days before moving up.
