I love it here, great management. I have recently progressed into my third role in two years. Very collaborative and supportive culture. Great socials. I come into the office everyday by choice. I have learnt so much since joining here and grown in confidence!

I think the management team are strong and they invest in a strong team culture. New Office in Sutton is nice.

Workload can be intense but mostly a positive experience

Pros

Great work environment. Lovely manager, and the team is very encouraging and motivational. A good student intern role, as it was quite a lot of one to one attention - got to learn more than usual placement roles.

Cons

More geared towards technical sales so if you are someone looking for a technical experience alone without the added requirement of making sales it might not be the best fit.
