Very happy atmosphere. People are great. Gear is top of the line. Support is top of the line.
Cons
No real room for advancement. Coding standards are rigid and there's no chance of suggesting a new approach and having it considered. Code reviews will have you spending time changing the verbiage in your comments and stuff of that nature.
