      Easy work. Walk a lot for exercise. Pays on time

      Cons

      Some shifts can be as early as 5 am and others late to 12 midnight.

      Any time you work for a growing small company the staff are the ones working to implement processes. This isn't necessarily a con, more-so just a fact.
