      Pros

      Had a great time working various public events from special events to black tie. Events from small and intimate to large exceeding over 250k people.

      Cons

      There were no real problems with working for ICM. They offered many opportunities for people to work part time and enjoy special events.

      Positive work environment Strong Teams They trust their guards to do what they've been trained to do good wages

      Unfortunately, there aren't that many events that they get, so there isn't much work to get.

      Pros

      Awesome contracts, ongoing training for all divisions. People say not enough work, IT IS A SPECIAL EVENT COMPANY. WANT LOTS OF WORK GO TO A SITE CONTRACT COMPANY. I WAS With I.C.M. for 5 yrs. And loved it. I only Left for a career in asbestos abatement. I did security for 17yrs and I.C.M was the best.
