      Incredibly talented team of providers across many disciplines! ICAN excels at providing well-rounded therapy for their clients. Healthy company culture, so much passion for what we do! Lots of opportunities for career growth within the company.

      Cons

      Pay is limited to what insurance is willing to reimburse.

      Pros

      I've worked at ICAN for 7 years now and held about as many positions within the company. I've been part of the leadership team for 5 of those years and the amount of improvement, change, and growth I've witnessed is immense. We truly believe in our mission to build a world full of hope and future, and make tough (and sometimes unpopular) decisions to make sure we can be around for many years to come and continue to strive for the world we want for our patients.

      Cons

      As a small private healthcare company, resources are tight. We can't offer huge raises, endless PTO, or light caseloads. Most of our issues however stem from systemic industry weaknesses including labor shortages in our field, slower and smaller insurance reimbursements and a high need for our services.

      Pros

      great team members to collaborate with lots of mentorship available, especially to new-grads facilities have great sensory equipment and lots of access to materials opportunities to try new things - aquatic therapy, climbing, diagnostic testing

      Cons

      young management, but always willing to listen/work with you PTO approvals are pretty far in advance schedules fluctuate and patient cancellations can be high
