For graduate students, you will get many projects to practice. Colleagues are kind and generous
Cons
Sometimes cannot have work-life balance The project management in company is very baddddd They still use very old tech. No one will guide you. Everything you need to learn by yourself. People always celebrate how much we earn this year, but you never get any benefits from that.
