Pros
- Very kind and welcoming coworkers, generally all similar age so easy to get along with - Friendly customers - A lot of training provided about the shoes and how to help customers - Straightforward and repetitive tasks which are easy to learn when you're new - Only busy a few hours a day (mostly just afternoons and some nights) - Very clean and organised in the store and storeroom - Very good discount which can be used at a lot of different stores/brands - Can get commission
Cons
Since it's a small store which generally isn't too busy, there isn't extra shifts to pick up if you want more hours.
