      Pros

      Management cares about the agents. When you run into trouble help is a call away! Uncapped income potential with commission only sales, excellent commission percentage that raises with time and experience.

      Cons

      Commision only income, if you're unsure of yourself or not great with people this isn't for you! Training issues: if you don't follow directions and do what you're trained you will NEVER make it, there's a reason majority of the agents sell more AP than the competition, BE TEACHABLE!

      Pros

      -Tons of training available at no cost, even personal business coaching. -Lead program works when implemented properly. -Every team leader across the board is a success and they impart their wisdom freely. -Highly competitive product portfolio. -Less than a month ago a team leader had over $12.8k of AP in one week, all while running his highly successful team! -Motivating weekly HIS conference calls and a weekly training call put on by the number 1 team at HIS, The BFI team.

      Cons

      -The leads are only profitable if you work them properly. -The only people who will find success and make this a career are those who have self discipline and are motivated to make it happen. -Chargebacks are real, they will eat up anyone who doesn't take them into account and plan ahead for them.
