Pros
For the most part, it's a pretty laid back environment. The people are super friendly and in-office time can be flexible if need be. It's definitely a family friendly environment. When there was work, it was usually pretty interesting stuff, especially for B2B.
Cons
Management needs to be pro-active about training. For a while it seemed that the company was trying to be the cheapest instead of the best. Pay was lower than industry average. Toward the end of my time there, seemed like there was high turnover. Made me feel nervous about my position since work was slow. Because it was a smaller agency, there wasn't much room for career advancement.

Wonderful group of people - fun, creative, funny, etc.
Cons
Overall, the team was lean with limited resources so it was difficult to properly cater to our clients and respond in a timely manner.
