      A core of great employees and fellow workers.

      Cons

      Can be physically challenging. Not a stand around job. It is factory work but better than most in the area. When you look at the companies around here, Hoosier is a top contender.

      Good pay. Growing company. Laid back environment.

      Cons

      Constant dilemma of co-workers lying about Covid to get out of working and also complaining we have to work weekends because we’re consistently behind.
