      - Collaboration is encouraged and part of every day - Company prioritizes continuous improvement and has exciting near+long term initiatives - Very warm, welcoming, and supportive environment with sound goal alignment - Excellent benefit plans for employees + families

      - High ambitions can be demanding, but outcomes are rewarding and celebrated - A concensus-based environment can produce friction, but the company's culture fosters alignment on target objectives

      Great Pay, PTO, Work life balance

      Pros

      Pay is great. Work life balance and PTO were great as well! They have a good product offering and customer base. Local management was great and always helpful and supportive. Inside support team is solid and the engineering team was easy to work with! Lots of free training for all types of applications and industries which is awesome.
