      Pros

      Clear objectives. Leadership that cares about positive culture. It's a very entrepreneurial environment, so you can build your career to the extent that you're interested. There are also very lucrative sales generation bonuses on the consulting side.

      Cons

      The work becomes increasingly sales-oriented as you move up, which can be a pro or con depending on what you're looking for career-wise. This is standard in professional services.

      Great work-life balance, fully remote, friendly team, great client exposure.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for growth (monetarily), only offers the minimum required benefits and PTO as per law, vulnerable to AI automation.
