Pros
Everything! Owner is as loyal as it gets if you prove your loyalty! Known to stick his neck out for his team! This company is constantly growing, evolving and not afraid to give their employees the necessary tools to succeed! Management at the top of the company just about all started out from step 1 and through their hard work, dedication, superior work ethic and loyalty were able to move up to where they are now. The best part about this is they all know how our owner thinks so they are able to make decisions that need to be made without putting it off in fear of making the wrong move.
Cons
I'd say the only challenge with a company like this is being the "new guy". Everyone at the corporate office has worked with the company for many years and knows the ins and outs of everything! Being new there's a lot to learn and a major desire to want to fit in with a group of people who've put the time in and lead by example, but you must remain patient and diligent with the task at hand. I have nothing negative to say about this company.
