      Interesting infrastructure work with great pay and benefits

      Honestly, HiLabs as a DevOps engineer is one of those places where you'll either love it or burn out — and the difference is mostly about mindset. The good stuff first. The infrastructure work is genuinely interesting. You're dealing with large-scale healthcare data pipelines, cloud environments, and deployment workflows that actually matter. There's no fake complexity here — the problems are real, and solving them feels meaningful. The team around you is sharp, the pay is great, and when something goes wrong at 2am (and it will), at least you're learning something every single time. The cab and meal benefits are a small thing, but honestly on a long deployment day, a covered cab ride home and a decent lunch goes a long way in keeping your sanity intact.
