      - No one has any knowledge here , so you can get your ideas pushed - Business is running based on relationships and not products quality

      Great place for growth with a culture of ownership and learning

      Pros

      The company provides strong opportunities for engineers to grow. There is a high level of trust in the team which gives you space to experiment and learn. Brainstorming sessions are open and productive and seniors give clear guidance whenever needed. You get exposure to real problem solving and you can contribute to important product decisions very early in your journey. Overall it is a good environment for anyone who wants to learn fast and take real ownership.

      Cons

      During major releases the work hours can get long as the team works hard to ensure a smooth production rollout. This is manageable but still something to be aware of.
