Pros

I genuinely enjoy working here. Since day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and willing to help whenever needed. The training and development support I’ve received has been excellent, and I feel like I’ve been progressing positively both professionally and personally. No two days are the same, which creates fantastic opportunities for continuous learning and development. While the work can be challenging at times, it’s also very rewarding. It rarely feels like work because I genuinely enjoy what I do and the environment I’m doing it in. It’s a great place to grow, develop new skills, and be part of a supportive team.

From my experience, the company is professionally run, with clear processes, strong leadership, and a genuine appreciation for employees who consistently put in the effort. One of the things that stands out most is that hard work is recognised and rewarded. I have personally seen many dedicated and hardworking colleagues progress through the business and earn well-deserved promotions. There is a strong culture of development and opportunity for those who are willing to contribute and grow. The teamwork across the company is excellent. Every department works closely together, and communication throughout the business is open, effective, and professional. This collaborative approach helps ensure projects run smoothly and customers receive the highest level of service. The warehouse operation is particularly impressive, being managed to an exceptionally high standard. Orders are handled with care, attention to detail, and consistently dispatched on time. A special mention should go to the Warehouse Operations Manager their dedication and commitment, as well as the Production Team and Warehouse Operators who continuously go above and beyond to support the company and deliver outstanding results. Overall, Henderson Design Group is a company that values its people, encourages growth, and maintains high professional standards while fostering a positive working environment. good team in the warehouse, supervisors and managers all nice and friendly, felt valued and part of the team. was given the chance to learn all different parts of the job. paid on time and holidays approved when requested.
