      collaboration and communication is a key part of the culture here. leadership is always working on employee satisfaction and how to be better bosses.

      things can get silo'd sometimes. people work super hard, but it pays off.

      I left corporate to get back into startupland at HATCH, and I couldn't be happier. I've been here for the last year and the growth we've seen has been incredible. If you're proactive by nature, this is a place that allows you to really influence a business end to end and bring your vision to life -- all ideas are welcome. It's also led by former corporate business leaders so is very analytically driven, which means you get a great balance of a business and insights-centered mindset alongside creative startup-level influence. Very familial and very fun.

      Cons

      It's a high growth startup at its core which means we're moving quickly and some people have a hard time with the lack of process along the way. We're actively scaling up which has expected bumps along the way.
