They are great about providing feedback and reassurance in regard to your job. I’ve had positive encounters with everyone I’ve worked with or met.
Cons
Because this is a smaller hospital, there isn’t as many opportunities to move up the chain but when there is they are great about offering it to current employees first.
certain employees can be problematic, administration is... basically what you would expect from hospital administration. No idea what you actually do for your job or what your department needs which is par for the course.
