Pros

I have worked 20+ years in private and public companies of many different sizes and industries. HarrisX is the only company that goes beyond "COLA" raises and actively mentors, trains and invests in employees. The most valuable way is from day 1 even the most junior employees are supported, trained and encourage to speak directly to C-level executives, board members, clients and vendors. I have never worked in a company that offers employees the level of "front-facing" experience from the get-go. This is supplemental by customized training (external and internal) and a highly collaborative and collegial atmosphere. In addition to working with exciting clients and cutting edge subject matter, it is a primary reason I have stayed!

Cons

HarrisX's "DRI / Directly Responsible Individual" model may not be for everyone - but it is a superb learning experience and employees who do stay rapidly advance professionally and also gain unmatched interpersonal, professional and technical skills. HX teams, and even former employees, are typically described as "punching above their weight" whether they stay or leave

Pros

The nature of work here really pushes you to experiment, develop new skills, and contribute creatively. You’re not just ticking boxes—you actually get to bring your own ideas to the table. You also get exposure to a bunch of different industries, which makes the whole experience super well-rounded. It’s a great way to build up your knowledge and pick up skills that stick with you. Plus, they’re really ahead of the curve when it comes to AI—there’s a lot of exciting stuff happening with new tools and cutting-edge projects that keep things fresh and make sure you’re staying relevant.

Cons

The pace can sometimes be intense, with quick turnarounds and multiple overlapping projects.
