Pros
After a few hiccups at the start, my connections name is Bryan Pham, and any questions or concerns that I’ve had no matter what time of the day or occasionally after hours he has contacted me accordingly and answered all of my questions. I am enjoying working for this company. My end goal is to become a full-time employee with the company I’m working for, but I would suggest Harba Solutions, to anyone that is having trouble finding a good job and especially my handler Bryan Pham.

Communication was excellent. Recruiter was great. Pay was good for temp contract work
Cons
Job Security (This is a Corteva issue, not a Harba issue). Insurance takes 3 months to kick in for a contract job
