      - They train you and they try to keep you happy if youre an engineer - They care about efficiency - The higher ups will know who the engineers are and often would want to have luncheons with younger engineers from the department to listen to what we have to say - They ask about what you want to do in the future within the company - They feed you at work and its actually really good - If you live in their dorm you're fed 3 meals a day - They have buses to Daejeon and Seoul after work on the weekends

      Cons

      - Its in Seosan; it can feel isolating - The union there complains about the nature of working and some, not all, do expect to be paid for not doing anything.
