      Pros

      Since everything is marked as urgent, you’ll never run out of tasks even after working on weekends and late nights. Constant pressure will “train” you to work under stress.

      Cons

      This company has no work-life balance. The environment is toxic with too much micromanagement. Management has no clear vision, and everything is treated as urgent. Employees are forced to work late nights under constant pressure. Many people resign quickly, some within just a month of joining. Not a good place to build a stable career.
