Great to work for Non-profit

Pros

Personable, understanding, great environment, Helping community is always a plus. They supply what is needed for the job and offer a chance to advance. Salary is very competitive for a non-profit. Upper management always ready to assist

Cons

Issues always with parking at certain sites. Sometimes distance between sites can be a negative.

HOPES strives to provide competitive wages in the nonprofit industry, and our lowest starting wage is 20% above the current minimum wage for unskilled labor positions. Lastly, in regards to parking, Hoboken presents a unique challenge for our staff, if you have any suggestions about how HOPES can improve parking or commuting between sites, please let us know.
