We are delighted to hear that you found the work environment as personable and understanding, that you had a positive experience with job advancement, and that upper management provides assistance. HOPES strives to provide competitive wages in the nonprofit industry, and our lowest starting wage is 20% above the current minimum wage for unskilled labor positions. Lastly, in regards to parking, Hoboken presents a unique challenge for our staff, if you have any suggestions about how HOPES can improve parking or commuting between sites, please let us know.
