      Great opportunity for career growth within. Peers and Executive management are supportive of your personal growth as an employee. Dependent on Project, remote work options are available throughout the states if not close to company HQ. 401K match is outstanding.

      Cons

      Medical benefits are a bit more expensive. Given that HMS is a small business, this is pretty normal.

      Extremely unique culture with a focus on people and true autonomy! HMS has been in business for more than 14 years and is continuing to grow at an amazing pace. If you like to be challenged and then rewarded based on your contributions, this is the place to be! Good benefits with the best 401K match I've ever seen!

      If you're not a committed team player, you'll only last for a short time!
