      Pros

      The pros of working for HCMM are that you have a steady job with a steady income and don't have to worry about anything while you are at work. It is nice to be able to come in and not have to stress about your job.

      Pros

      Awesome pay structure, there is always an opportunity to earn bonuses. Great work atmosphere, my boss always tries to make everyone feel equal and included. I really appreciate the time that was taken when I first started to make sure I had the right training necessary.

      Cons

      The hours are a little early, so sometimes its hard to wake up in the morning.
