      It's nice if you have good leadership and it's great if you have exceptional and present senior leadership

      small pay increases every year and sometimes they are delayed or not communicated in case it doesn't happen. Not many growth opportunities

      Great therapy team, supportive environment, work life balance, lots of learning opportunities, flexible scheduling for therapists

      Cons

      Low pay, it is actually insulting. Minimal negotiation allowed as they don’t compensate for additional licenses/experience. Poor loan assistance. They continually require more paperwork and procedures to be done

      Great benefits, educational and advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      After many years with the company, management made changes that were not optional. Actions surround these changes gave the perception that me and my years of dedication was not valued and could be easily replaced.
