      Pros

      Projects all over the country are large-scale and complex. I feel challenged everyday. I'm given opportunities to contribute, share ideas and explore design. Culture supportive, fun, filled with fresh perspectives. Leaders and peers are true specialists who have created a stellar portfolio. Flexibile work schedule, hybrid hours and great benefits.

      Cons

      Wish you could roll over more PTO time, but overall the rollover of PTO is probably better than industry standard.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture, everyone really looks out for each other, employees are valued and often put first. Work/life balance is very good.

      Cons

      Not a lot of flexibility in schedule, although Fridays are work from home now since pandemic.
