- Good work life balanced: no working overtime except for system maintainence which must happen at midnight. - Company's operation and goal is clear and consistence. - Have 20 years history and I'm sure the company will make money. Thus no worry about any layoff due to not making money. - Coworkers are friendly

Innovative and creative describes the company culture well. We strive to continuously develop new features and conduct new research to remain at the forefront of our industry. My experience at the company has allowed me to gain valuable knowledge in frontend and backend development, web security, and database management. The workload is manageable and not overwhelming, with no strict deadlines for projects, which allows for flexibility and promotes a positive work-life balance. Overall, it has been a great learning experience and a fulfilling place to work.
